When Amy and Mark were looking to extend the space of their Brisbane home to accommodate growing teenagers, they found a customised version of our Sicilia Panorama 30 cabin ticked all the right boxes. With only a tight space available, the flexibility of the design allowed it to be altered to fit, with bi-fold doors opening out to a basketball court, lawns and gardens.

DIY Studio Built by Father and Son Proves the ideal Solution to Create More Space

When David wanted to build a poolside studio to extend the space in the family home, our backyard cabins proved ideal.

Set in an elevated position, our cabin looks right at home in the gorgeous tropical setting in Mount Gravatt, Queensland. With a bedroom, ensuite and living area complete with kitchenette, it provides a comfortable and self-sufficient studio retreat for David’s adult son, restoring space and harmony to the family home.

Elegant Teenage Retreat built on the Central Coast

This elegant Teenage Retreat is yet another project completed on the Central Coast by Custom Creations. With its flexible design, our standard Sicilia 20m² cabin was built with reversed floor plan with the bathroom and kitchenette positioned discretely to the side, allowing for the bi-fold doors to open up fully to the deck and entertaining area beyond.

With Bondi Beach being one of the most expensive areas to live in the country, moving out to a bigger house was never an option.

But wait! What if you were able to give teens their place on your existing property? Yes, own backyard was that perfect unused space. And the family of four turned their backyard into an ultimate Teenage Retreat.

It was a thrill when our Rhodes was finished and the kids could move in. We put our 2 older teenagers in here. It's just completely changed our world having them in this space.
