The increased demand has been in many cases due to changes in perspectives and circumstances as a result of the pandemic, as well as a growing awareness of the many benefits and uses of a backyard abode. Our builders have reported more people looking for a separate space to work from home and enjoy their hobbies, as well as an increased need to accommodate teenagers, adult children, or their parents in standalone accommodation, as reflected in the projects mentioned above.
