We held a live 1-day building event for you to see our speedy building system live in action!
We were building our flagship granny flat, the stylish and versatile Madeira, at our Display Village in Ourimbah – and to celebrate we were hosting a live 1-day event where people could watch the build unfold before their eyes!
For an owner-builder, licensed builder, architect, journalist or anyone considering building a YZY Kit Home, the live build was a great opportunity to learn about the steps and processes involved in the construction of our homes and to see how fast they are built firsthand. What a fantastic day it has been! We’ve gone from a bare foundation in the morning to an almost complete 2-bedroom granny flat by 3:45 pm!

Welcome to see the Madeira
We’d love to see you at the Ourimbah Display Centre. The address is 4 James Graham Ln, Ourimbah NSW 2258. Working hours are Tue-Sat, 10 am – 4 pm. See the new Madeira we’ve just built and view the 7 existing cabins and granny flats on site, each fully furnished in a unique style to showcase the design possibilities. Day 2 of Madeira build
On day 2 of the Madeira build the team installed the roof. At the end of Day 2, the Madeira was finished to lockup stage and ready for internal fit-outs.
